ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WITH A TOTAL VALUE OF £250 OR MORE WILL AUTOMATICALLY QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY.

Our charges for our Standard Delivery Service is £3.95 per order (delivery in 3 to 5 working days), or £5.95 for Next Day Delivery (please note that orders must be placed before 12 noon for next working day delivery, otherwise the order will be dispatched the following working day); There will be an additional charge if orders exceed a certain weight (e.g. footwear will incur an additional charge). Orders are usually processed within 48 hours.

Please note that our shipping costs for outside of the UK vary according to destination. Prices are as follows:
Europe:
Royal Mail Airmail: £6.95 per order
International Signed For: £9.50 per order
Rest Of The World:
Royal Mail Airmail: £7.95 per order
International Signed For: £9.95 per order
There will an additional charge if your package exceeds a certain weight (e.g footwear will incur an additional charge).
Orders are usually processed with 48 hours - please make sure that you inform us if the item(s) that you have ordered are a gift - as this will be stated on the customs form on your parcel.
Any import duties requested by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns Policy
All returns or exchanges must be received within 7 days of receiving your order. You must inform us of your intent to return an item, and the reason why you would like to return it, prior to sending the package - please e-mail us at: Sales@kidsdesignerwear.co.uk with this information. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return - please do not contact us regarding your refund until after this time has elapsed - you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your refund once it has been processed.
Items to be returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with their original packaging and all item tags intact. Our supplied receipt/invoice must also be included. Footwear must also be returned in their original box. Returns will not be accepted from smoking households, as items which smell of cigarette smoke cannot be re-sold.
Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred in the return of an item, unless there has been an error on our part. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post - we therefore suggest that you return your item using a 'signed for' and/or trackable method (e.g. Royal Mail recorded delivery). Any refunds will be made using the same payment used for the initial transaction - please be aware that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Refunds will not be given for any postage costs incurred by us in sending your order, unless there has been an error on our part.
If you require an exchange,then you are responsible for all postage costs incurred.
Please note that if the total amount of your order is reduced to below the free postage level on the return of an item(s), then postage will be deducted from the refunded amount.
