We are happy to refund or exchange any item within 7 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).

What you need to do:

  • Contact us via e-mail:, stating your order number (located at the top left-hand corner of your packing receipt), and the reason for your return.
  • Enclose the original packing receipt with your return.
  • Use the returns address noted below, adding the required postage.
  • Mark the packing receipt as "refund' or "exchange". This will enable us to deal with your return quickly.
  • Returns must be packaged carefully, with each item in its original condition and all labels attached and hangers included. Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box (where sent boxed)as it is considered part of the item. 

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE E.U. must be labeled ‘Returned unwanted GB merchandise’ to avoid import duties.

What happens next?

  • Within 7 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your return has been refunded (or exchanged).
  • Please note; it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
  • If you have requested an exchange, an additional postage charge may be applicable – we will contact you if this is the case.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchasers credit/debit card.


  • Kids Designerwear reserve the right to refuse or accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Kids Designerwear do not take responsibility for return items lost in the post, please use a secure service.
  • For the purpose of hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must be tried on over underclothing.
  • To ensure that you have the right size, shoes can be tried on, on a carpeted or soft surface – Kids Designerwear will not accept shoes with any sign of wear and tear.
  • We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags or disposing of any original packaging.

I cannot return my order within 7 business days, what should I do?
Please contact us if you think the time frame will be a problem, we always try and work out a solution to help.

How do I return a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us before sending the parcel back; let us know the problem and we will advise you how to return it.  The Sale of Goods Act 2979 provides for the return of faulty item(s).  An item(s) is deemed faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that it is immediately evident, or occurs within 6 months of the item(s) being received.  All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Gift Returns
If you have received an item(s) as a gift you can exchange it for another item(s) of the same value or more, provided that you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, import duties and taxes.

I wish to cancel my order
You have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the item(s), or within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) by following our returns process.
